We will supply each DAS house with bed linen (sheets and a set of towels) and provide a starter kit of toilet paper, paper towels, dishwashing liquid and washing powder. In the bathrooms you will find shower products and disposable hygiene items.

For new trips, you can cancel your booking within 24 hours and receive a full refund. There after, if you cancel your booking 30 or more days prior to arrival, you may be entitled to a refund of any rental payments you have made, less the booking fee and related taxes.

Note. There are a few exceptions depending on the booking channel and destination.

Usually, staying with pets is forbidden. There are some exceptions to the rules where the owner is allowed to use such a service.

In most cases, you can book a DAS's home if you are 21 or older. Some of our homes are in communities with lower age requirements. We will indicate this in the description of the house and the contract, when this is the case.

No. We do not start counting children for placement until they are two years old (some communities have exceptions, but we will state this in the house description and contract when this is the case).

Standard check-in times allow our housekeeping team to fully prepare the house for your arrival, so we do not schedule an early check-in. Contact your manager and clarify about such an opportunity, if it is in our power, we will provide you with such an opportunity.
